"Healing ourselves through interaction with others"
About Mirror Love
A soul meeting in 2017 was the start of my inner journey. With love as the most prominent and often painful theme of my life I knew I had to work on finding the love within myself. After years of struggling I still didn’t take responsibility for my own happiness. I kept looking for love outside of me and was not able to find inner peace and unconditional self love within a relationship.
Through experience I learned how important it is to be completely at ease with ourselves, accepting and loving all parts of ourselves, including the dark side. Because from this state of being at ease with who we are, we are able to make decisions from within, regardless of what is happening outside of us. But finding peace within ourselves is quite a challenge with our conditioned mind and our ingrained believe systems. We were taught for example that we need others to be happy but in fact, everything we need can be found within. Of course we need others, but not to make us happy. We need them to make us aware of ourselves and to grow. Everything and everyone around us mirrors us the relationship we have with ourselves. The more someone or something triggers us, the more we can learn from them. They bring our unconscious patterns to the surface to show us what parts of us we still have to embrace to feel whole again.
If we are willing to see others as mirrors who bring us closer to ourselves, we learn to be grateful for their lessons, no matter how painful and difficult those lessons are. And when we come to this point of inner wholeness, this will be mirrored in the outer world too:
- We are free from needing others to mirror us, the feeling of being separated ends
- We are able to trust our feminine energy of being, trusting and receiving
- We can stop searching for answers: they will naturally flow to us, without effort
- We notice that our masculine energy of doing is much more fulfilling from a state of being at ease with ourselves
- We experience that true love exists and that it’s free and unconditional
About the Logo
The yoga pose in the logo is called the tree (Vrksasana) and is a balance pose. It strengthens a physical, emotional and mental balance. Our emotions and thoughts have a big influence on our body, but we can learn to balance them through for example yoga and meditation.
The logo also represents the connection between the spiritual and the earthly life, or heaven and earth. Through my inner journey I experienced that there is more between heaven and earth, more than we can observe with our five senses. Call it intuition, call it the sixth sense. By listening to our body we will become more aware of our intuition and better able to follow our heart and to take the steps that are needed to be our most authentic selves.
